Growing up with dogs and spending over a decade pet sitting, I understand the value of routine, exercise, and companionship. As a property manager, I bring reliability and attention to detail to everything I do. When you trust me with your pet, they’ll receive devoted care and affection. I will also care for your home as if it were my own.

ADDITIONAL FEES
If you live outside of the Asheville area (South Asheville, Arden, Haw Creek, Weaverville, Candler etc.) you will be subject to a travel fee of $10 per service/per day.
Policies
SCHEDULES
I understand that schedules can change, and I’m happy to be flexible as long as you give me a heads-up. However, if you ask me to stay longer than the original scheduled time, an additional charge will apply.
For example, if I was originally scheduled to leave in the morning but you ask me to stay until the afternoon and handle dinner and a walk, you will be charged for a full day.
OVERNIGHTS
PLEASE NOTE: First & last day count as a half day at half price.
Example One: Starting Friday evening is a half day. Ending Sunday morning is another half day. Saturday would be a full day.
Example Two: Friday evening to Sunday evening is a half day and two full days.
For dogs only– Please let me know if your dog can’t be around other dogs. Sometimes I may need to combine dog sits.
A $50 deposit is recommended to guarantee booking. Cancellations must be made one week prior to the first day of service for the $50 to be refunded.
PAYMENTS
Full payment is due by the first day of service. No exceptions. This covers my transportation and food costs, and allows me to purchase more food or supplies for your pet if needed in case of an emergency.
Cash preferred, check, Zelle, or Venmo are also accepted
CANCELLATIONS

Cancel 7+ days before – No charge. If deposit was made, 100% refund issued.

Cancel 3-6 days before – A small fee may apply (typically the cost of one visit or one night of sitting).

Cancel less than 48 hours before – You may be responsible for 50-75% of the total booking cost.

Cancel same-day (within 24 hours before) – Full payment is expected.
For holiday bookings, I require at least 7 days' notice for a cancellation. Cancellations made within 3-6 days may result in a partial charge, and cancellations within 48 hours will require most or full payment.
